At Truly Family Farms, we take pride knowing we are Ireland’s largest farmer-owned co-op and we believe our farmers are custodians of the land. We believe in food that’s made with care and compassion and that family farming traditions produce the best, most delicious foods.
The milk for Truly Grass Fed products comes from small Irish family farms in the south and east of Ireland. Our milk farmers share deep bonds with all their herds, with sustainability and animal welfare always top priorities.
Our farms typically have an average of one cow for every two acres and they leisurely graze on pasture an average of 250 days per year. Our farms are certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW and our products are non-GMO certified.
Our Truly Gluten Free oats are traceable to 110 Irish family farms, located approximately 80 miles of our oat mill. Our oat farm families take pride in consistent grain quality and best in-class environmental sustainability practices.
Our Truly Gluten Free oats grown in Ireland have a low CO2 footprint and they have zero waste. Any waste from our oat mill is recycled as an animal feed ingredient or goes to composting, resulting in zero finished product waste.
